A320

Postby MTN2674 » Tue Jan 27, 2015 5:39 am

Hi, and greetings to all pilots from Edinburgh, Scotland. My name is Robin Tannahill and I recently joined Mountain Air. My question is : Would it be possible for the Airbus A320 to be added to your fleet list. It is, after all, one of the most popular airliners in the world (OK, so it's European!). I am using X-Plane and there are a good number of freeware (and payware) A320 series aircraft available and I would think the same applies to FSX (I know I had Aerosoft's "Commuter Airliners" when I used FS2004). Looking forward to my flights on Mountain Air!

Greetings Robin

You are free to fly an A320, if you like for your flights at Mountain Air. But at this time it is not an official Mountain Air aircraft, as it is not a true "regional" aircraft.

I understand that I am able to fly the A320 whenever I want. In fact, my first flights with Mountain Air have been completed using a Embraer E195LR, which again is not an "official" fleet aircraft. I see that the 737-800 etc are "allowable" for points but possibly under review due to the current suspension of the Cargo Division, I guess they fall into the same "non-regional" category of the A320. Thanks for the clarifaction. Robin
