Hurricane Katrina Relief

by JY, MTN003

Hurricane Katrina slammed into the Gulf Coast of the US destroying many cities.  The citizens of this area need our help to get back on their feet.  We are glad that we have enough goods and resources to help them out.  There are two parts to this relief effort...the main cargo lift and the distribution flights.  A little something for everyone who wants to help out.

The Main Cargo Lift

To get supplies to the Gulf, we have a large airlift planned.  You can fly ANY plane you wish on this mission.  The only requirement is that you stop in Missoula (KMSO) to pick up the staged Mountain Air supplies for the trip and then end up in Gulfport/Biloxi, Mississippi (KGPT).   Total time on the trip in a jet is around 5 1/2 hours.  You can use the flightplans below or make up your own.

Distribution Flights
